NZ: A fat tax?

In an an opinion piece in the Dominion Post, economist Matt Nolan argues why we should have a tax on unhealthy food.

Nolan says it’s not about getting people to eat better. It’s so that people who want to eat unhealthy food get to pay the full social cost of eating these foods. This includes health care.
