Fast food restaurants often offer healthy items on their menus. But this might not be a good idea if you want to eat a healthy meal. Just seeing the healthy food on a menu may lead you to make an unhealthy choice, according to Duke University research.
Adding one or two healthy items to a menu is essentially the worst thing you can do, says the lead researcher.
