US: Sometimes a snack isn’t just a snack. It’s a slippery slope

Children eat less junk food overall when their school vending machines don’t stock it, according to Yale University researchers.  This counteracts arguments from the food industry that children would just bring junk food from home if they couldn’t get it at school, or eat it at other times during the day.
