US: The food industry follows big tobacco’s playbook

Kelly D. Brownell,  a nationally recognised authority on America’s obesity epidemic, thinks the parallels between “Big Food” and “Big Tobacco” are hard to ignore.  Professor Brownell is the director of the Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at Yale University.
