NZ: Food labelling proposals – Consumer

Consumer NZ is calling on the government to take action on the trans-Tasman food labelling review panel’s key proposals.

The Australia and New Zealand Food Regulation Ministerial Council has announced it will “consider its response” to the panel’s 61 recommendations at its meeting in December 2011. Officials in both countries are currently working behind the scenes to formulate that response.
