Food marketing tricks: cartoon characters
Food companies can still use their own cartoon characters to promote junk food. British consumer watchdog Which? wants this loophole closed.
Their recent survey identified 19 cartoon characters on food packaging in leading supermarkets. None were used only to promote healthier food.
